KERYGMA GIRLS

Who says you can't do a group song while sheltering in place? Thanks to Ms. Alonzo for piecing this fun piece together!

The lyrics in this poem are taken from the January 1984 issue of Games magazine. The magazine company created a competition called "Write On!" where poets from around the United States were challenged to write a poem with no punctuation markings. This poem was used as the example. When punctuation markings are added, it can change the meaning of the poem entirely. In this song, you will see that there are two songs in one, where the first is romantic and sweet sounding, and the second is fiery and angry sounding.
